Megha Deshmukh
Dr. Megha A. Deshmukh is a physicist specializing in electrochemical sensors, electrocatalysts and novel materials for environmental and biomedical applications. She completed her Master and Ph.D. studies in Physics at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, India, focusing on carbon nanotube-based nanocomposites for sensing. Her international journey includes an Erasmus Mundus fellow at Vilnius University, Lithuania (2015-16) and postdoc at Kwangwoon University, Republic of Korea (2019-20). Currently a Marie Sklodowska Curie Action (MSCA)-CZ fellow at VSB-Technical University of Ostrava, Czech Republic, she’s dedicated to sustainable energy conversion via single/bimetallic atom catalysts for electrocatalysis. Megha has authored or co-authored more than 45 scientific publications and 2 Republic of Korea patents. Her collaborations extend worldwide, including partnerships with prominent researchers like Prof. Arunas Ramanavicius and Prof. Tae-Jun Ha.
