Jacky Advani
Jacky Advani received his formal training in Nanotechnology (M.Sc.) from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, India and a Ph.D. in Chemical Science from Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research (AcSIR) in 2020 under the supervision of Dr. Ankush Biradar, CSIR-Central Salt and Marine Chemicals Research Institute, India. Later that year, he joined the group of Prof. Rajendra Srivastava at Indian Institute of Technology Ropar, India and worked on the development of nanocrystalline zeolites with inter/intra-crystalline mesoporosity of different framework structures. Currently, he is working as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the MEL group at the Nanotechnology Center, CEET, VSB-Technical University of Ostrava. His research field comprises of the development of various heterogeneous catalysts involving nanostructures and single atoms for fine chemical production and biomass/waste valorisation. He is an active reviewer and has published 18 publications in international journals (h-index:10, WoS), 2 book chapters and a patent so far.
